Metro Brokers Downtown was formed by business partners and co-owners Brandon Basham and Brian Basham in 1998. Brandon and Brian have over 45 years of combined real estate sales experience.  Brian and Brandon having lived in Downtown for years decided to move their real estate business from Broomfield, Colorado to Downtown to better serve their clients and capitalize on the rapidly developing Central Denver real estate market. Metro Brokers Downtown has grown over the years and now has more than forty brokers and broker associates.

Located in Lower Downtown Denver also known as LoDo, Metro Brokers is comprised of a group of independent Brokers and Broker Associates. The office offers a wide range of real estate services from residential to commercial sales, property management and investment property.
